Clients couldn’t picture a custom suit from a fabric swatch. I built an app that takes their photo and style profile and shows them in outfits we could actually make. Most clients used it, and it drove the majority of our sales.

My cloud dictation app took a second or two to start listening. I built an on-device replacement for macOS: hold fn, talk, release, and cleaned-up text lands at the cursor about 250 ms later. Speech recognition runs on the Neural Engine; cleanup is a 1.2B model I fine-tuned on my own dictation. Nothing leaves the Mac.

I built a sales coaching demo for Owner: review 150 sales calls, find recurring gaps across four skills, and trace suggestions to the exact transcript line. In the prototype, a manager can choose a practice and save it to a rep’s plan. It was not adopted or used by a team.

Employee changes weren’t syncing cleanly between HR and performance systems. I built the production integration: four lifecycle paths, identity matching, exception routing, canary rollouts, and a readback after every write. Corrections verified across hundreds of employee records.
